Police shared several incidents across Milford, including pedestrians struck by a vehicle, Bitcoin scams reported and shoplifting incidents.

Aug. 21

• A Purse was stolen from a vehicle at 1412 Boston Post Rd., police said.
• A woman turned herself in for an active arrest warrant after being charged with larceny in April, police said.
• A woman was taken into custody for an out-of-town warrant. She was turned over to the New Haven Police Department, police said.
• A report of a scam of an older woman on New Haven Avenue was reported, police said.

Aug. 23

• A theft from an unlocked vehicle on Gunn Street was reported, police said.
• A lawn mower tire was slashed on Bon Air Circle, police said.
• A pedestrian was struck in the Costo parking lot. No apparent injuries were reported, police said.
• A theft from a landscaping trailer on Oxford Road was reported, police said.
• A Bitcoin scam was reported on Southern Parkway, police said.
• A man was charged with racial slurs and threatening at Walnut Beach. He was later charged again after a domestic violence incident when he was picked up from the police department, police said.
• Two men were charged for shoplifting at HomeGoods. They also had arrest warrants, police said.
• A woman was taken into custody by the New Haven Police Department For a Milford Police Department arrest warrant, police said.

Aug. 24

• A car was stolen on Gunn Street. Two men were apprehended on Naugatuck Avenue and charged, police said.

Aug. 25

• A man was charged for being in a stolen vehicle at Super 8 Motel, police said.
• A bank robbery at The Milford Bank on Bridgeport Avenue was reported. The detective bureau is investigating, police said.

Aug. 26

• Attempted car break-ins on Robert Treat Drive were reported, police said.
• A man was charged for threatening a neighbor and children, police said.
• Bitcoin fraud was reported on Liberty Street, police said.
• A motor vehicle accident with a rollover after a car hit a tree was reported. The driver went to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

Aug. 27

• An occupied stolen vehicle was recovered on Schoolhouse Road, police said.
• A vehicle on East Town Road and Boston Post Road struck a pedestrian. The victim suffered minor injuries, police said.
• A man was taken into custody by State Police and turned over to Milford Police Department for two arrest warrants, police said.
• A man was charged for a domestic violence incident on Naugatuck Avenue, police said.
• Two men were charged for shoplifting at Target, police said.

Aug. 28

• A Hyundai Sonata was stolen on Oronoque Road, police said.
• A Chevrolet Silverado was stolen from Beach Avenue and recovered unoccupied in West Haven, police said.
• A burglary was reported from a kiosk at the mall, police said.
• A handgun was recovered in a repossessed vehicle. The investigation is ongoing, police said.

Aug. 29

• A woman turned herself in for an active arrest warrant after being charged with domestic violence that occurred in July, police said.
• A man was taken into custody by the Stamford Police Department and turned over to the Milford Police Department for two active arrest warrants, police said.
• A woman was charged for shoplifting at Boscov’s, police said.
• A man was charged at the mall for a domestic violence incident, police said.

Aug. 30

• A woman turned herself in for an active arrest warrant after being charged with harassment that occurred on Aug. 15, police said.
• A man was accused of stealing oil from a Bridgeport Avenue restaurant, police said.
