Reality sweet group of people . Suck a great help in a not do great moment in time
I want to take the time to say “THANK YOU” a million times with this bail bond company specially to Andrew who took the time to explain to me the process since I have never done anything like this before. If I have to give out a 100 stars, I would 🙏🥹 I can’t thank him and this company enough for everything they’ve done for my family and I. For those family who is seeking help on finding the BEST bond company that cares about their client and put them FIRST other than putting the money first for your love ones, I HIGHLY recommend this company. I know god was there to guide me on finding this bond company and help my family out . They care about their client100% and will assure you that they are there to help100 percent. This is the only company that don’t just care about the money but cares about their community and their client.I’m literally crying writing this because I was stress out trying to think of a way to bail my husband out who is the breadwinner in the family. I haven’t sleep for 2 days straight😭 Our twin Boys that are 3 year old and our 8 year old was crying every day looking for their Dad and I’m over here trying to be strong for my family, but this company made sure I was okay and assured me that they are there to help. And they did just that🙏🥹Thank you so much for the guidance and the little therapy Throughout this process. I really appreciate this company so much, you are doing a great job on training your employees/agents/bondsman. I pray that god blesses your company with success and continue to help family’s like mine. Thanks again Bi-State Bail Bonds.
Very professional and friendly! They are right across the street from Bi State which speeds things up quite a bit, they literally walk over and take care of business. They make a rather unpleasant situation much better Would highly recommend if you are in need of a bondsman.
