Primary Sets
Our primary damage set on this build Perfected Arms Of Relequen. This is a Trials set that can be obtained from Cloudrest and provides plenty of extra damage as long as you can maintain your light attacks consistently.
The second set, Berserking Warrior is another powerful Trials set that helps to maximize your Critical Chance as long as you maintain melee ranged damage.
The recommended Monster Set for this build to maximize DPS will be Zaan.
Finally, our backbar will be open for another powerful option, Perfected Spectral Cloak. This set buffs the Blade Cloak skill and its morphs, giving you bonus protection and damage done.

(5 items) Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina, Your Light and Heavy attacks apply a stack of harmful winds to your target for 5 seconds. Harmful winds deal 52 Physical Damage per stack every 1 second. This effect can stack once every half second, up to 10 times and scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.

(5 items) When you deal Martial melee damage, your Critical Chance is increased by 241 for 5 seconds, stacking up to 10 times. This effect can occur once every half second.
Zaan

(2 items) When you damage a nearby enemy with a Light or Heavy Attack, you have a 33% chance to create a beam of fire that will connect you to your enemy. The beam deals 2010 Flame Damage every 1 second to your enemy for 6 seconds. Every second, this damage increases by 100%. The beam is broken if the enemy moves 8 meters away from you. This effect can occur every 18 seconds.
Perfected Spectral Cloak

(2 items) Adds 103 Stamina Recovery, Dealing damage with Blade Cloak grants you Spectral Cloak for 2 seconds, reducing your damage taken and increasing your damage done by 6%.

Pre-buffs
Prebuff with Northern Storm for extra 300 weapon dmg, swap back to Wild Guardian afterwards with an Addon like Dressing Room or manually. Summon Wild Guardian, activate Deadly Cloak.
Rotation (100% – 33%)
Subterranean Assault – Barbed Trap – Barswap – Winter´s Revenge – Arctic Blast – Barswap
Wrecking Blow – Carve – Subterranean Assault – Barswap – Fetcher Infection – Cutting Dive – Barswap, then Wrecking Blow Spam!
As soon as one DOT expires reapply it again (except for Carve, do NOT let this drop). Use Subterranean Assault every 6 Seconds. Do NOT Barswap with Wrecking Blow, only with Trap, Sub, Carve or Bear Ulti. Use Wild Guardian on Cooldown.

Add Executioner as your Spammable but keep up Wrecking Blow every 5 Seconds. Drop Cutting Dive at ~ 25%. Drop Fetcher Infection + Arctic Blast at ~ 20%.
