Can't trust a word @Xfinity says. Everytime I get a resolution it lasts maybe a month or so then I get the letter "the rep ****** up, so we're reversing everything and now you owe us even more money than before"

@Xfinity with the constant outage issues that disrupt my work from home abilities, you need to either lower the monthly bill for your inconsistent and unreliable service or reimburse me for the hours I’m unable to work or have meetings.

@BrentStecker @SeattleSports I have written many times about the geo block message and spoke with Apple and Comcast and it never worked when I was outside my home in Greenwood. Now it won’t work in my home with Wi-Fi on. It is hysterical.

Yo @Xfinity there are at least 5 families on our street who have been without your service for 3 days - even though our neighbors with Ziply were not impacted. Zero communication or updates - you’re going to lose a gaggle of #Edmonds customers who are ready to cancel & switch.

@TheAshiestJoe I went through something similar with Comcast, they were charging me for two set top boxes and I only found out when I cancelled the service and they wanted to charge me $250 for not returning “all” of them.I threatened a chargeback with Visa, they relented and refunded me.

I watched the first half of Tun v Den on the Fox Sports app on Xbox, then it stopped the "free preview" and kicked me out. I signed in with my Xfinity account & it told me I don't have access so can't watch replay. I go to replay on cable box on demand, can't fast forward. wtf

@CharlesPPierce I have Comcast with HBO, internet and phone and for $228 per month, I just found out TCM is an add on service I'd have to pay extra for. What the hell! It's TCM, not a premium service. I have three Hallmark channels! 🤬

@DOP_Suspenser I've heard Comcast can be horrible. I use COX Gigablast but I have a 1 TB limit each month, then they throttle it. But it has been really stable.I have heard that Verizon is really good.
