With the game being multiple years old, the developers came out with this DLC, the Isle of Sepitah, on 1st June 2021 for the Xbox Players.
This DLC walkthrough page will use admin commands to take you through all of the achievements as quick as possible.

From the main menu, select the DLC, and go on the easiest difficulty, and make your character. Choose whatever you wish.
Press 
and then go to Settings. Go to Server Settings, and then on General, click, 'Make Me Admin'.
Go back to the game, and press again, and this time, go to the Admin panel.
Set your level to '60', under the 'Change Player Stats', and click apply.
Make sure you check the checkboxes of 'God' and 'NoSprintCost'.
On the Spawn Item window to the right of the Admin Panel, search for 'Great Axe of the Legion', and select the 'Other' button, and press 
on the options. This will give you the weapon schematic for the Great Axe of the Legion.
Search for 'Improved Blacksmith's Bench' under the building tab, and spawn one.
Spawn a 'Weapon Handle', 5 'Hardened Steel Bar', 100 'Greater ????'.

Now spawn 200 'Eldarium'.
Next, search for 'Sigil'. Spawn one of all 14 Sigils, and then in your inventory, use 
all fourteen of them. This will pop two achievements:

In your inventory, use the schematic for the Great Axe of the Legion. Next, in your inventory, highlight the Improved Blacksmith Bench, and then hold 
, and set it to part of the wheel. Coming out of your inventory, click and choose the Improved Blacksmith Bench. Click 
, and align it any terrain you can. You may need to come out of the water/sandy shore, and put it further up the beach, or onto the grass.
When you have done this, interact with the bench by holding , and then move the weapon handle and 4 eldarium over to the crafting menu, and make the Great Axe of the Legion. When it's done, take it into your inventory from the Blacksmith Bench, and you will unlock your next achievement.

Equip the Great Axe of the Legion by moving it to your shortcut wheel (like you did with the Blacksmith Bench), and then hold it.
Look at the ground in front of you, so that the enemy you are about to spawn spawns in front of you.
In the admin panel, once you've double-checked that you have God mode activated by checking the 'God' checkbox, spawn 'Wildlife_Siptah_Spider_SpiderOfLengSummon' in the 'Spawn NPCs' tab, and kill it. This will pop another achievement.

Next, press 
and then use 
to go to the Map. Use Admin Teleport 
to go to the location shown in the image below. This will also pop the following achievement.
- In the Vault
Explore a Vault

From outside the Vault with spiders around it, go back to the map, and use Admin Teleport to go to the location in the image below. You can see where you currently are at the top left of the image.
Go inside this Leyshrine (this one is the Serpent Leystrine), and you'll unlock the next achievement.
- The Temple

Go up the stairs inside, and you'll see a glowing light on the floor. This is the Focus Altar Base. Press and move all five of your hardened steel bars inside (the middle inventory section, under 'Focus Altar Base'. On the right, craft 'Focus Altar of the Center'. This will take a minute or two to craft. When it has been crafted, open the newly-built 'Focus Altar of the Center', and move all 100 'Greater ????' from your inventory to the altar.
All of the Greater ???? that you put in will make blue runes appear on the hexagonal steps around you. Wait until they've all appeared (this will take a few minutes), and then turned red, and then pull the lever. After a short event outside, enemies will spawn outside, but you can ignore them. An achievement will also pop.
- The Other Gods

At this point, you should have only three achievements remaining: 'Beyond the Wall of Sleep', 'The Haunter of the Dark', and 'The Gem in the Tower'.
Admin teleport to the exact location below. You will teleport inside of the central tower, and unlock one of your three remaining achievements. Trivia fact, also, if you have teleported directly inside the clipping of the tower, you can look up into the center of it, and see a 'dev cube' there. This cube is actually in control of the rain environmental effects around the tower. Arriving at this tower will pop an achievement.

We now have two achievements left. Sadly, one of these is random. The other is for visiting EVERY area in this DLC. You can use the map below to admin teleport to every area.
It should be mentioned that the 'Beyond the Wall of Sleep' achievement requires you to be in the Maelstrom. This will not pop if you have Ghost mode enabled in your admin panel.
If, by some extraordinarily bad luck that you do not have the achievement by the time you've visited all of the locations below, you want to keep admin teleporting around in the area around the tower, no further away from the leystone shrines. Eventually the Maelstrom will appear as a big, purple-clouded, windy storm, with red lightning and enemies spawning around you.
